- If customer ships unacceptable items, such items may be rejected and returned to customer at customer's sole cost and expense.

- All material received by Staples powered by ERI shall be handled, processed and recycled in strict compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations and in accordance with e-Stewards, R2v3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 standards. In addition, any data contained on any electronic storage media incorporated into the material will be shredded, erased, degaussed, impaired or otherwise overwritten in accordance with Department of Defense standards and specifications.
